Hello team apple i had brought an airpods on 21st june the very next day i was facing a problem i have been to service center and they took the device for replacement and told it will take 7days for the replacement today ie 30th june i got an sms mentioning you device has been replaced and ready to keep up from the given point.
I came to pick up my device here all i can see is that same problem.
Problem was not able to pair i guess as per apple policy you have to change to device instead of parts. If you are your partners give this kind of service it’s very difficult to survive in the compitation. Was this information helpful? |
