Apple India — apple airpods not working properly

We have purchase apple airpods on[protected] rs.12100/- but problem from last month airpod battery issue or disconnect randomly i was talk customer care on apple they said after warrant we are not accepting your problem or replace faulty product also we upgrade firmware and software but facing same problem so we want replace product because we are not buying any apple product for future because if product not working approx 2-3 years so no meaning to purchase costly device like apple brand... We want replace faulty airpods
