My name is mandeep kaur, had been using (Till last wednesday) iphone for 5 years now. My last purchase was iphone 7 on may 05, 2017. I always been advocate-cum - fan of iphone, it's customer service technology and used to justify cost, until this wednesday (June 20, 2018) my phone suddenly went blank because of no reason (No damages, no water exposure). I contacted online customer care subsequently service center at pune "shop unicorn". They have no solution to this, simply verdict "dead" infact no clue of the reason.
I had paid bomb price to buy phone not just for one year (13 months, 15 days).

Well I do read some consumer complaints and thought perhaps I might contribute a help for you.
Firstly, since its more than 12 months, there might be no warranty (most Apple phones come with 1 year warranty) so you are not in luck
Now on Apple's website, this problem is well documented, what they suggest is that you keep charging for more than an hour and your phone might start working. This happens when there is no charge in the battery.
