The product purchased in june 2015 and july 2016 onward it started problem. It had to send to service centre in july 2016 and again in sep 2017. Apprehending some manufacturing defect i requested for replacement of the same as the product was still under warranty. However the customer care did not listen to my request and again the product has started giving trouble since sept'18 and it is completely out of order now.
The company now tells that it is out of warranty and nothing can be done. Was this information helpful? |
