A very Good afternoon to you all. Im Uday Kinagi from Mumbai, writing to you you officers in a great believe that i can get proper help and support from your side.
I purchased iPhone 6 on 21/11/2014 & it was just working fine until 22nd Aug 2016.
In morning 10;00am sudden my phones network has gone and it is only on searching mode and my phone has not able to receive network, Then I took it to the Apple service Store Aptronix Service centre in Borivali(W), Mumbai where they asked me to format and restore the phone software.( Till before it was working in good condition but unable to receive phone signal/network). I agreed and submitted the phone. After Few time they have concluded that the phone have some hardware issue and you need to replace your phone by paying 24700/-. which is not offend able to me pay that amount and purchase new phone.
Before going to service centre it was working fine and after inspection my phone is dead and even not able to switch on the phone.it is completely not working And my phone is as good as Dead.
I request you to please take action against Company and their team, for making the working phone in non working phone and asking the people to replacing the phone with paid service i.e. paying more than 24000/-. Shorty making the people fool and mentally, economically harassment.
I request you if i get some compensation from Apple for damaging my phone.as its age is not even more than 22 months. i purchased phone for Rs. 53, 500/- and now the value of phone is simply Zero Rs.
I am only writing this email to you as I dont believe in escalation unless required. Request quick action & response at this stage.

Had been to apex store today.
We wanted to purchase 3 MacBook Air and were enquiring about the offers.
There we met FAROK SHAIKH and he was pathetically arrogant and he was using abusive language. He claimed to be a Store manager, however APPTRONIX SHOULD UPGARDE THE STANDARD OF PEOPLE YOULL HIRE.
He was using abuses and was ARROGANT AND RUDE, he also mentioned that TUMHARI AUKAAT NAHI HAI APPLE LENEKI,
It is really sad that I am writing this review from my iPhone 😀.
Super cheap behaviour and hoping to escalate this to the highest authority in Apple,
This is not at all expected from Apple.😞
He also said that he reported to Mr.Milton.
It is really sad and not at all acceptable behaviour.
I think you’ll should also check the CCTV recordings and investigate this persons behaviour. It seems he would be having a habit of fighting with customers.
He seemed to be lacking sales skills and Manners.
Aptronix seems to have detoriariated the quality of staff.
If this behaviour continues then soon we would find Apple products being sold at Hawkers.
Absolutely not acceptable behaviour.
Please look into the matter.
