I have been using Iphone 7 black handset since Jan 2018, along with iphone I purchased 1500 bucks SKECH brand’s transparent cover too so that it is protected. But eventually there appeared few brown spots on backside of iphone body. I went to service centre to get it sorted but they denied considering it as not an issue and named it as cosmetic changes which are not covered under warrenty and cant be fixed. I m very disappointed with such quality of service delivered by Apple to users. I have spent a huge amount on buying a brand and when the brand denies to help me maintain my mobile in good conditions while in use then it is a pathetic experience as a first time apple user. I ought to buy Apple pro laptop but now I m in 2 minds when the brand doesnt heed a sight to my problems. I always beleive in buying branded product as they assure best quality be it food, clothing or luxury items but this has discouraged me to a great core.
