I gave pcss mahim an apple service centre my laptop. They kept it for a week charged me 3000. Did not do any work on it. I had to keep calling and went there 3 times. Once they called to say parts will cost almost 50 000. Then said a cable will be replaced covered within the 3000. Told me the cable will come in one day; i went back and was told cable will come in 3 hours. Went back the next day was told cable will come in half hour. I was lied to; given the shoddiest treatment and i am so upset i am thinking that i will not buy another apple product again. If these are the kind of people with no integrity and accountability that you are putting out there to be entrusted with your products. I am so disappointed and angry; that for no fault of mine i have been treated like this. I also messaged the next person in charge a mr john. He said he would get back to me and never did. Again showed no integrity or honesty. These values may be old fashioned but they matter to me. I am a teacher and i ironically teach about companies like apple. How they are different and trying to re write consumer experience. How as a company they are re writing corporate culture. But this experience has made me re think that.
I have no idea whether you will actually do anything about my complaint. Maybe you will continue with the trend i have encountered so far of indifference. But maybe you won’t. Here is wishing for the latter.
