I rambilas patidar has purchased 2 apple pro max from apple store imagine at celebration mall udaipur on dated 04/01/2021 in the name of my firm m/s jagdish enterprises. Due to some technical problems in net banking on 04/01/21, staff mr aryan at apple store imagine has advised us to pay the amount of mobile @ 129800 per mobile totaling to 259600 in cash and has further advised to make online payment later on and collect the cash after making online payment. I has again contacted mr aryan after 2 days and mr aryan has informed to transfer the funds after 7 days. I again contacted mr aryan, then again he informed to pay the amount after 5 days. Mr aryan at imagine apple store is continuously avoiding the online payment and i am suffering for the same. I have to visit udaipur from 120 km 2 times. You are requested to resolve the matter as staff at imagine apple store is destroying the goodwill of brand apple. Further, if online payments are not accepted, i will also loose the benefit of gst.
