This 30th Jan 2017 i brought iphone6S, As soon as I connected Ear pods with the device, i started getting audio issues, like i was unable to hear sound by any means be it ear pods or normal phone output until i switch to Speaker mode. Within 4 hours of purchase i went back to the aptronix (Jubliee hilss, hyderabad) from where I had brought the device. They reset the phone to factory settings, did an OS installation and issue got resolved until one fine day with in 13 days the issue again popped up.
I again went back to same store, as this store runs both sales and service. I am requesting to get the device replaced because when they run the Apple diagnostic they are not finding any fault in the device. one can only notice this behaviour of the device manually. and hence as they proper diagnostic not happening, what ever solution they give are not working either. its like a hit and try. take back up on computer, and again rest the phone and then again pull the backup ectera.
what ever has been tried till now, is not fully resolving the issue. and i am getting too much frustrated by using the device.
Upon by numerous requests, the store is not replacing the device. even when they have a policy that if customer comes with a complaint within 24 hours of purchase then they should replace the device. they just want me to keep coming to them until one day i myself stops going back to them.
not only this device fault is an issue, the sales manager of this store Lakshman reddy also lies to me that for the EMI payments, there would be NO intrest applied 0%, however bank has charged me 14% interest and this guy is not resolving the issue. i had told him as per RBI guidelines, no transactions can be of 0% interest but he said, madam your money will come back and you will enjoy 0% interest. now its 28 days i am following up with him but no response.
even my phone is lying with them with full box and accessories and no one has bothered to contact me for the return or how to move ahead with the issue resolution. Was this information helpful? |
