Hello Team,

Recently my brother bought iPhone 12 it's cost of around 55k to 60k. But they didn't give charger along with mobile.

In the market even for 10000 cost phone also providing along with charger and headphone.

Apple company says that why they are not providing charger and headphone in box means their answer is to save environment using less paper or cover or plastic. This point is ok....

Sometimes sensor is not working and, you guys say its a fast charging phone it not working properly i have done a complaint and you guys not at all careing my problems worst phone i have used in my life...

Please note the purchase order has been irresponsibly cancelled giving the wrong reason putting on the customer by updating fake comments.

Even after raising issue to customer care was failed to provide the accurate information and order was cancelled with client consent and claiming to refund after 7 days is costing the customer bank charges to bear which is due to negligence and integrity issue by Apple employees and shipment...

Service centre guy just looked at it and said it will be out of warranty because there is a dent at the left corner bottom,

Its a bruce, like scratch not dent, but i was denied service....

The company claims the phone to be water resistant with a rating of IP67 under IEC standard 60529 (maximum depth of 1 meter up to 30 minutes).
But even while I was caught i rain for less than 5 minutes with just some splashes, they say the phone is water damaged and not covered under warranty....

I bought iPhone 12 in the month of March 2021 and have given it for repair to one of the apple reseller in Hyderabad called Aptronix. When I submitted my mobile the issue was with receiver, now they have want me to charge extra so they have come up with bottom speaker issue the resolution they provided was replacing the display. I had given my phone for warranty service on the 23rd of October 2021 as the Ear piece speaker, the Ringer toggle switch and the volume buttons stopped working while my phone was under the extended warranty I had purchased.
