I had purchased my MacBook Pro in Jan of 2018. This laptop has been giving me issues ever since. The keyboard has been replaced 3 times and the display has been replaced two times but my issues were never resolved. I spoke to customer service but they told me they cannot do anything about it. People at the service centre denied to get me an optimal solution. My keys keep getting stuck after the replacement of the keyboard too. I am extremely dissatisfied with the product but apple refuses to give me a replacement. I have almost given up hope. I have many case IDs, one among them is[protected]. I hope to get a replacement or a refund from Apple for my faulty device! My device was once damaged by the service centre too, to which the apple executive told me " I cannot do anything about it".
My device Overheats has a faulty keyboard and has been having display delamination issues, apple says - not an issue. I have multiple case IDs which have become impossible to track but I am happy to share the Serial number of my laptop to apple in case they decide to act upon my issue.
