I had purchased a MacBook Air 2017 model a year back, exactly when it touched a year, the laptop shut down without any warnings, issues or damage. The service center said that the logic board had an issue, they didn’t specify any reason or cause and upfront asked me to pay 36000. Now this not the first time that I m investing my money in the same laptop, the exact same issue happened to me 2 years back and that time with a lot of convincing from apple, I went for another MacBook again. Just like their pathetic laptop, their service is equally bad, their advisors are not at all sensitive to the issue and they don’t even care to follow back and give an update.
