I wanted to buy an ipad 2017 from apple store situated in reliance digital, wave mall, lucknow, uttar pradesh-226010. Mr. Deepak had promissed in conversation on phone that we will give you i pad 2017 along with temperred glass and will lower the price as i had negotiated with him.
But when i was ready to purchase it and when i had initiated the process for payment through bajaj finance after all the other formalities, mr. Sumit jaiswal asc, mr. Deepak and mr. Vivek told me that you will not be given temperred glass along with the i pad and they even increased the price of i pad which they had promissed me earlier.
Their behavior was very rude and they made me to come on the store many times which wasted my valuable time.
I had never expected this type of service from this renowned company outlet. I demand strict action against such people who diminish the reputation of the company and cheat the valuable customers and i want compensation for what i have suffered asap. Was this information helpful? |
