Apple India — complain about iphone xr

I bought i phone Xr on 09/06/2019 from Reliance retai limited, Adress- Gaya college More, Ps Rampur, District Gaya PIN 823001. Since touch screen of i phone is not properly working and many problem noticed during using phone. the retailer is not giving any response, customer care number which is available on website is not connecting and always say that number is not available.
