2 months ago I bought an Apple Macbook Air M1. After 1 and a half month o[censored]sage suddenly one day the display goes all black I can hear everything and laptop was on but display was black. I immediately contacted Apple Support they told me some things to try but it didn’t work, at last they told me to visit Service Center. On 11 Aug 2021 I visited Unicorn Service Center, Hazratganj. They told me I had to submit my MacBook so they can diagnose it and fix what the problem is. Later some days on 15th Aug, I receive a call randomly from service center that the flex cable inside macbook has been cut so It will not be covered in given warranty. I tried explaining them that how can a user cut a wire from inside his own laptop. But they keep insisting to visit service center. I’m in class 12th and everything is running online because of this issue I had already suffered from a lot of loss. Kindly see to this case and resolve it as soon as possible.
