Date of purchase of my phone was 08.12.2016. Exactly with in one year it was 12.12.2017 my phone was faulty. I don't aware about the call center registration because i'm a new customer for apple. So i directly approached the service center by today 20.12.2017.

They are explained product is in out of warranty and charge for the inspection rs. 1180 and spare part costs separately it approx 12k. I'm really shocked with in one year they are asking the new phone costs for service. I really didn't expect this kind of bad experience from apple. Very very bad after sales support to the customer. At least i want share this to the customers who wants to buy a product from apple Was this information helpful? |
