I have bought this iphone 6 on 14th august 2017. Its been less than 6 months and i have been facing lots of issues in terms of mobile network, mobile data, and battery life.
Mobile network & internet drop is very often and intense even at the places where the service provider has good connectivity. This causes the issue of lots of call drops. When i tried for another brand phone at the same place with the same service provider, i can still complete the call. This started happening after 2 months of buying the phone. When i visited planetcare, they ask me to switch to other service provider saying that iphone with not good with airtel (Though many of my friends are using the same combination). Now i ported my number from airtel to vodafone as per suggestion. The surprising fact is its even worse now and i can hardly connect to call and mobile network. This has almost made me unreachable to my family & most of my friends considering whenever people call, they can not connect with me and even if they connect, it gets disconnected multiple time. I have even faced issue during one of my job interviews and i could not manage to talk through the whole time.
Considering that planetcare dint provides me a proper solution, i could hardly manage the connections. Now after porting the number i can't port it back to any other service provider.
Battery life has drop badly and can hardly last for 8 hours in working condition with restricted internet usage. For this, planetcare told me that my phone battery is perfect and there is no problem at all.
I am not sure how to handle this or do i need to change my phone within 6 months as i am not able to perform basic stuff on phone. Was this information helpful? |
