In June I bought a Macbook Air M1 in August first well my MacBook’s display suddenly goes black while I was doing my class. I immediately contacted apple support and tried shortcuts as they asked but nothing happened. At last they told me to visit service center. When I went to Unicorn Apple’s Authorized service center in Hazratganj, Lucknow they kept my MacBook for diagnostics later some days I received a call from service center saying that this will not be covered in warranty It will go under physical damage. I said it is not physically damaged the problem occurred by itself only. From that day I posted a complaint and several mails here in consumer forum but didn’t get a single reply! Please look into this problem as I’m in class 12th and suffering from a lot of loss! Was this information helpful? |
