I own a device macbook pro (Retina, 13-inch, early 2015) / sl. No. C02pxxxx bought on 23 july 2015 and under warranty period
I have been facing issue from early period of macbook, which i considered minor in the beginning.
I have been facing an issue regarding the feeling of a slight jerk as if of a internal loosened part on holding the mac and when wiggled. Further, noise was heard.

3. On diagnosis from authorised apple care service centre.
The following diagnosis has been reported: (Report attached below)
Problem reported : kind of some sound exists and loosened part can be felt when the device slightly wiggled. Data is important.
Diagnosis : found noise observed and felt from the display, verified the internal condition no damages or tampering observed.However no functional issue with the machine, therefore returning the unit back to the customer.

Issue:
1. Issue of loosen part with manufacturing, observed very early and loosening and further resulting to sound over period is purely disappointment.
2. The part getting loosen and making sound over period is disappointing.
3. The way the issue is being handled is undelightful and sad.

This issue is known, its known issue, its happens in most of system not all, its is acceptable. This is a manufacturing issue. However, it cant be repaired and replaced. We cant help it and the decision is final.
Its is completely unsatisfactory, the issue being known wasn't reported to consumer on purchase, and the issue happened to my system, and paid the same price which is having the defect, unfortunately it happened to be mine.
Am looking forward to the provisions to compensate the mentioned issues.
