Apple India — Could not find AirPlay in control centre although I have iOS 9.3 iPhone 5s

I have followed all the steps but I can't even see the AirPlay in my control centre so how could i connect the iPhone with TV or Mac with AirPlay please give the solution.I couldn't find the AirPlay option in the control centre. Stil I have iOS 9.2 I want to know why I couldn't find the AirPlay icon in my iPhone so I want the solution for it please help me.
