I have purchased I phone 5 s (IMEI No.[protected] on dt. 06 January 2015 in Chandigarh. After some time I unable to access internet, so I went to service centre and they suggest me to update software. After updation the problem was still persist. So after 3-4 time to went care centre the handing over the cell for four days. And then they change the cell phone.
After some time there was network problem in new cell phone. Again care centre suggest to updation. After updation same there was same problem. Again I went to care centre, and they told me that there is problem in operation system and new update will be available after 20-25 days.
Again I visited care centre. And they kept cell phone for observation for 2-3 days. After that the delivered the cell, but the issue remain same. It repeated twice. Then they replace the cell phone.
Now third new cell have problem of voice and video.
Dear Team, I get frustrated whole the year due to visiting care centres and money loses with expenses. Now kindly suggest what should I do, as the warranty period expired today. And If I go to care centre for repair/ replacement, there will be no guarantee of cell phone, it may be good.
Kindly help me to sort-out the issue, as I lost my important time to visit care centre. And now I am not comfortable with apple cell phones. Was this information helpful? |
