Respectfully apple centre
I would like to inform you that i have purchased my iPhone 12 pro max in july 2021
Being an iPhone user i was very happy but your customer service is pathetic in India. I was having issues with my speaker i went to service centre in Delhi (Address F1 INFO SERVICES AND SOLUTIONS PVT LTD L-108-109, 2nd FLOOR LAJPAT NAGAR PH-2. ) Phone number 41005854. They changed display of my phone without informing me or without asking me after that, They called me and gave me my phone back, I noticed some scratches but I thought to leave that, As my phone is okay now and i can use it, Using my phone for 1 week my phone started to heat up, phone was that much heated that it almost burned my skin, I thought may it will get blasted in sec or more. I went again to the same service centre as they told me that if anything happened please visit again we will do the needful, they took my phone again to Bangalore service centre as they did before, after 2 days i got a call in the morning on[protected] that you phone is physically damaged HOW??
I gave my phone in a working condition NO PHYSICAL DAMAGE as written in the job sheet. YOUR APPLE CHANGED MY DISPLAY WITHOUT INFORMING ME OR WITHOUT ASKING, now that the phone is damaged because of your SERVICE CENTRE they are asking me to pay 67000 to get REPLACEMENT WOW… than I disagreed for the same then they guy on the call started to bargain from 670000 to 50000 to 30000
WHAT KIND OF BARGAINING POLICY IS THIS??😡
Now That all is your fault
I HAVE TO PAY THE AMOUNT IS THIS WHY WE BUY THE I PHONE WITH NO SECURITY.
MY PHONE IS UNDER WARRANTY
I WANT THIS ISSUE TO BE RESOLVED ASAP
I HOPE AND TRUST YOU THAT YOU WILL RESOLVE THE MATTER.
