Apple India — Dead Iwatch

Company gave me dead Iwatch I ordered it from flipkart and noone is providing me any resolution its not working at all i want this resolved and also a harassment i have been trying since 8 days but no resolution flipkart or apple both are not help please help consumer complaints watch is for 15650.and both companies are disconnecting my call again and again.
