Have purchased iphone x from dubai and started using it on 20th may with occasionally heating it went dead on 24th may. I went to service center they said it is a hardware on friday. But they did not register my complain saying that apple server are down and told me to on 27th may after a long what of 2 hours. On 27th may service center person tells me that the phone has major hardware issues. I have paid full money for my phone and why should i use a faulty hardware problem phone. I requested to replace my phone but was on deaf ears. I also contacted call centre to get the same response from them too. I have paid full money for a new iphone and not a repaired phone so want a replacement for my phone which is iphone x 64gb in silver Was this information helpful? |
