Worst apple store.Do not recommend. Pathetic experience.I purchased Mc book air 2020 on 26th June 2020 from Invent, Grand venice mall, Greater Noida. Unfortunately, From day 1, it had intermittent start-up issues. Took it to the store. Sagar, who had sold the product to us told that it is minor sleep setting problems. He changed sleep duration, said he has now resolved it. He did not sent us to apple service centre even though it was in the same mall.
As it is a new product of the world wide renowned company, i did not have the slightest issue that there is software/ hardware issue. Took it home, again same problem persisted. More over the battery charges slow and drains fast in 4-5 hours maximum.And i took online apple support and still the problem is there. Now submitted it in apple service centre at grand venice mall, UP. They have diagnosed hardware problem and suggest motherboard replacement. They ordered the part which would come in 8-10 days.
My questions are
1. A newly purchased product within 2 months, should it be at the service centre waiting for motherboard replacement ?
2. Is the customer expected to use a hardware replaced repaired new mac book.
3. Why is not there any policy of replacing mac book air when hardware issue is diagnosed ?
4. How can the apple policy of return and refund be 1 day. Does the company expect intermittent start up and sleep issues be diagnosed in one day?
4. When taken to the store, how will they believe us when the problem is intermittent?
5. Are not the apple sales executive told to guide the customer immediately to service centre in case of issue in new mac book, instead of telling the client all is normal.
6. In the Pictures folder of my mac book . i saw more than 100 pics of clients adhar card. Is it the used mc book that is sold to me by the sales executive? I approached him he said pics came in my mc book because o[censored]sing wifi and apple id of invent.
I doubt that old used or pirated product has been sold to me.Feel cheated.And the sales executive is not taking any responsiblility.
7. Does the apple mc book company and the owner expects a product of 120000 to be defective and still i keep using it?
Hence i request you to replace my mac book air 2020 and justify the matter.
