I have purchased a MacBook Pro 16 on 31st of August that have some manufacturing defect for which wrote lot of mails and call to apple support however I didn’t get solution from them. How do i get complete refund as i cannot go with this defective laptop, i have to restart multiple of times in fact i lost my work multiple times. I have to spent 3-4 daily with apple engineers to fix this issue. The cost of this laptop is around 2.5 lakh which is not small amount. I paid so much amount so that i can have better product not defective one. Please do needful either refund me or replace the product. Was this information helpful? |
