This is with regards to the apple phone XR. I got this phone in 2019 and after few days of purchase, I got problem with my ear phone. I have changed my ear phones 4 times in 2019 and finally was pissed off with the product so asked the service centre to replace the phone in December 2019. I submitted my phone in the HSR layout Bangalore and they kept the phone for almost 15 days. However, they were not able to identify any defects and replaced my ear phone. However the problem was not resolved. I changed my ear phone five times again in 2020 and twice in 2021.
I spoke to customer care in may 2021 and they told me that please visit the nearby service station and they will help to fix it. I went to service centre in vishakapatnam, however they denied to check my phone. I called up customer care and they told that there is a problem with the hardware and as my phone is out of warranty, they were asking me to pay for the service.
Again, neither the customer care nor the service centre were trying to fix the problem.
Appreciate if someone can let me know if anyone from apple will be able to fix the issue instead of giving false promise
