Your Mobile is a very important companion. But I would advise not to buy an iphone bacause of my recent experience with Apple.
It had been only 4 months I was using iphone and one day I saw some strip lines on my device screen and I was not able to see who is calling me etc..
I went to Apple authorised service center and I told them about this but when I asked them to get it repaired, they
told me that they cannot take the device as it has heavy dents and they did not do the initial diagnosis either. But when I insisted and told them
that it might be due to the tampered glass they took it later on.
I had doubts in my mind so I called Apple care and told them about this incident and they opened a case to track this and assigned a resource
to this case. You wont believe that I waited for two weeks to hear back from Apple Care. Initially they told me that I do not need to worry and
they will try to get the device either repaired or replaced.
After one week when I did not get any call from Apple, I tried to call the person that was assigned to my case.
I tried to call her so many times and she did not pick my call. I left many voice messages for her and she did not respont to them even.
Then the next day I called apple care again and told them about this incident. They said that you will be getting a call from the executive
with in one hour but I was very disappointed as I didnot get any call.
I again called her the next day and also dropped so many voice messages but I did not received any call and they I tried apple care again
they assigned the case to another executive and the very next day she said Apple can not do anything for your device and you have to
go to the service center and their decision will be final. I went to the service center and they told me that I can only get the device exchanged.
When I asked about this they said you can get it exchanged in 21000 only which I did not understand as I had bought iphone in 19500 only and they were asking
me to pay a higher price and why would I spend this amount again on Apple after facing a great disappointment from them and why should I not purchase a
phone from other manufacturer then.
I was really amazed as I bought the iphone 5s in 19500 and they were asking me for an amount higher than that. I replied to them, are you gone mad.
Later on when I realized Apple is just wasting my time and they will just streach the case with no output and uncertainity
I took the device back from the service center and get it repaired from a local unautorized center .
You wont believe as it took only 15 minutes to get it repaired and there was only a screen replacement in 2200 only.
I did not understand why din't apple do this as I was willing to pay upto 10000 for it and I had conveyed this to Apple care and the service center as well
I think Apple needs to learn a lot from a local 3rd grade unauthgorized service center.
Why do Apple authorized service center stand there if they are not willing to do a repair that takes only 15 minutes and they ask us to just throw an
under warranty device .It is very disappointing.
