[Resolved]  Apple India — earpiece not working

I bought iphone 7plus on septemer 2017 and now i am facing an issue that my phone earpiece volume got low and i am not able to hear the voice loud even though phone volume is full. I cleaned my earpiece with brush and i haven’t found any dust on my earpiece. I havent expected this from apple within 20 months o[censored]sage how can earpiece can damage. Please help me and solve my problem
