In summary, I had bought an Apple iphone 12Pro in the US in Jan’21 and returned to India subsequently. In early April’21, the hardware crashed one day and I raised the issue to the Apple service centre located in Mumbai (India). With much effort and after receiving much trouble and poor service from your Service centee, the Bangalore technical team assessed the piece and declared the phone as faulty and then they replaced it with a nw phone.
Unfortunately, the replaced phone is also giving me multiple issues. The apps get hanged, the body is rusting (the phone was replaced in Apr’21) and there is a defect in the body. There is bend on one side of the phone. To evidence this, I must explain to you that I had bought the glass cover from the Apple store and for the second time, the sheet leaves the phone surface from the top left corner of the phone where there is a bend.
I have been raising this issue personally at the service centre multiple times, but all in vain. No one seems to be helping me!
Further, I had raised my issue to the service app. I am sorry to say, your team there runs a hospitality and etiquette service centre. They only greet and sweet talk but don’t resolve the problem. Your service where a call back from the Apple service centre is scheduled is also farce. I had 3 calls scheduled but no one called me? I really don’t understand how an organisation of this stature could be so lose on accountability of its products sold to clients and service.
I am honestly fed up with this iphone product and services. I have been using Apple products since early 2008 and have been your customer since then. But, I never knew that I would have such a horrendous experience with a company of your stature.
