Generic phones are distributed in market while paying the actual amount for so called brand apple i phone.
I'm writing in regards to the extremely poor customer service i have been receiving from few days. I bought iphone 6s on 31/07/19 from prakash music center - 17, new market, bhopal, madhya pradesh. Invoice no. Crpmcn/5197
On 16/08/19, my phone switched off automatically to which i thought it was because of low battery. I kept my phone on charging plug. After half an hour i took a glance at it but the phone didn't restarted. The very next day on 17th august i took my phone to the authorized service center they checked and said that you have to submit the device which will be further taken to the bangalore's main head office and will take 1 day working process. So i thought to give it to them.
After 2 days i got a call from ngrt system service centre, they told me that it internally some modifications have been done this will not be covered in warranty. Though i have taken this phone just 15 days before haven't worked in such a manner that things can't be taken under warranty. This suggested me to take paid service in which i have to pay rs. 26200/-. So i thought of asking them my phone back and they returned me after 10 days i. E. On 27th august. After taking my phone back i went back to the shop from where i bought my phone back. The person who deals with iphone device was on leave on new market but sits at another branch i. E.in 10 no. Market. They started saying that please go to the iphone center, get your phone checked and the iphone center says please go to the dealership shop from where you have purchased. Prakash music center is responding in such a way do what you want to do. These type of services are providing by store & apple company.
I'm stuck with these stupid services and lame excuses. I'm not filing this complaint about the money rather i'm complaining about the customer service that is been done to customer who's in terrible difficulty.
I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem. If i do not hear from you within 10 days i will file a complaint with the appropriate consumer agencies and consider my legal alternatives. I will be available on below address and phone number.
