[Resolved] Apple India — handset service complaint

I purchase a i phone 7 on 21 june 2017 after one month that handset is not working well it show hanging issue so i take that handset to service center. Service center employee reset my phone and say that check the phone but after that phone is not working well same problem occur again so i go back to service center again in the evening of that day then executive say that this handset is water damaged not covered in warranty you can pay for it if my phone is water damaged so why you can't check in previous service time. I attach my phone bill and job sheet photo with this complaint.

Repare my handset or replace it if it can't repair without any charges otherwise give my money back equal to my phone price according to now days value so can i purchase a new better phone

I bought I phone 6 from filpkart. As cheked box in box charger is not working and bettry also not providing long backup.

Filpkart customer executive saying mobile can't be replace, there is I am facing many in my mobile, kindly help me to replace this.

Kindly do the needful.
