Apple has a name in the world and by which you people sell your product with pride.
Just wanted to share a experience of mine when i went to get my phone checked at izenica (M-62 basement m block gk1 new delhi 110048) on 12/06/2017 at 12 30 pm.
I was with my son and had to go for a meeting after that and when we reached we were given a token with a number 12 and we stood there to wait for our turn and there were only two counter operating out of four and out of which one had a customer and other had a agent who had around 10 phones and for every phone the job order was being created so it was taking a lot of time.
We waited for at least 30 minutes and suddenly we see a customer who had a token number 14 was attended ahead o[censored]s and he had some minor problem which was rectified and we were still waiting.
We were seeing all this and when we raised our concerns that why one person with ten phone is being attented when others with one phone are waiting and why person with token number 14 was attended ahead o[censored]s as we had token number 12 on which we were spoken very badly by the counter staff and when we asked for the manger a lady came out and asscused us that we were telling lies that his staff has attended a customer ahead o[censored]s and regarding the agent who had come with atleast 10 phones the manager said that it is approved by her.
We then asked the counter executive to tell the truth that he attended the customer ahead o[censored]s and which he agred in front of the lady manger but still she did not had the coursity to say sorry to us for blaming us that we were telling lies and the agent seeing all this hided all the 10 phones which he had on the table on the other counter.
The lady who told us that she is the manager was very rude and was not ready to listen to us.
Then suddenly two more executive come from inside and then all the four counters had executives with 3 customers including us to attend .
At last we were attended but with a negative approch,
We asked them when will we get our phone as we were not receiving clearly the incoming voice and answer was again in a negative tone.
I am now worried that my phone is in safe hands as the lady manager informed us that we dont gurantee any thing and she had a negative attitude.
We left the phone and came back and in the evening we received a call from the service centre that they need my apple id as they had forgotten to disable it and it sounded a little strange to us but we had no option left as we were at there mercy.
The way izenica has treated us we will think before buying a apple product.
