Had opted for a free trial only as is mentioned on the app subscription page of headway and thus do not understand how headway has charged my account for the whole month for its premium services by charging me an amount of inr 1699 when had only opted for the free trial and not the paid version. Also, i had raised the issue the same day when my card was charged by apple for the said services and thus was prompt enough to notify the charges debited incorrectly by headway as was simply subscribed by the same.
On further reviewing headway, subscription plans am surprised to see their pricing policies as a one month and three-month subscription plan are charged the same thus why would a user opt for one month plan instead of three-month plan if at all the pricing is the same and had i opted for it in the first place.
Even on the app store most of the reviews for headway are for incorrect debiting of charges itself thus understand this is not the first time such incorrect pricing is being followed by headway.
Urge you to please review the case in totality and reconsider the decision of refund of inr 1699 as the same is a substantial amount and would not like to have the same paid for apps which i have not utilized either way. Was this information helpful? |
