I bought my iPhone 5s in July 2016 from flipkart under 2 year warranty. One week back I removed my phone from charging but it wasn't switching on, later on after 5-6 mins it started working but the touch wasn't working then later on it started working on its own. This continued for 4-5 days .Next thing I see is there is a black spot on my screen and green patches on my screen. Took my phone to the maple showroom and they said that, "Mam sometimes when we keep the cellphones in our pocket something goes wrong internally and this is expected, we don't cover such problems in our policy. Please pay 16000(inr) for repairs or for a replacement pay 22000(inr)." This is pathetic .The services as well as the quality of apple are extremely poor and incompetent. I really need a solution for this because there is no way I am paying so much money for a mistake which I didn't do. Was this information helpful? |
