Dear sir, After received my booked phone, i was happy and feel lucky. But in 2nd moment i was so sad to see the batten not working and informed the same to costumer care as the phone number. They assured me that complaint lunched. But there was no mail or sms for the same. Again call after few days (today) ask the same. They say that it will take 13 working day and after a hug request the provide me complaint number qrc47725675 . I can’t understand why they can’t provide lunch complent conformaction...???? After 30 days they will say its palicy matter that we cant take complent after 30 days... 30 days return policy... Please help

The company ASKME taken return back there defective mobile from from last 13th Oct behalf of my complaint on 29/10/15 . Till waiting for my payment . On my phone call they are telling for wait for 2 days and 3 days ...
please do as needed ...
