I bought this iPhone 6 some time in Jan, 2015. I was die-hard Samsung fan who shifted to Apple by buying an Apple air and an iPhone 6 through Flipkart India. At that point of time I paid Rs.53, 500 for a 16 gb I-Phone 6, expecting that it would perform better than a Samsung.
My previous samsung smart phone worked perfect for over 3 years. After 7 months o[censored]sing the iPhone, I noticed that I was not able to Edit the photos on the phone. Some of my friends also complained that volume on the ear speaker is low. I also noticed that the battery was draining faster. Since I loved the product and Apple music I did not worry much about it and started using my headphones for calls.
Last week once again a tech friend of mine made the same complaints about my phone and I took it to an I-care. Please go through their mail below, they have given a quote of over Rs.26000 to repair. I have hardly used the phone and i haven't damaged it. I do not understand why I should pay for a poor quality product.
I am the General Manager Marketing for a popular resort Chain in India and I do not expect this kind of a quality and service from Apple. I am quite disappointed. i was not even given a spare phone to use.
I spoke to your customer support. They said they said that as per the policy they can't do anything about it. Is this how a premium company like apple should deal a client. Was this information helpful? |
