1. i have iphone 5s which i purchased around 5 month ago. means it is still in in-warranty.
2. the issue is it has stopped charging.
3. while i took to authorized apple service provider in noida, m/s zenica life style pvt ltd, they have refused to repair it.
4. rather apple service provider is forcing to replace it with new same phone with a full payment as of new product.
5. it is very strange & a huge harassment by company like apple that they don't repair phone rather force customers to buy new phone with full payment.
6. i urge apple ceo / management to look into the issue & resolve it.
