It is very ridiculous for a company like apple to give this kind of support.
I have purchased my apple iphone 6s on march 5th 2016 for around rs 50k.
It is not charging.
I took it to maple, vashi service center.
They were not ready to even diagnose it and were insisting on a replacement and asking me to pay 25k!
After me insisting they said they would keep it for check.
Also, it was found tat my usb lightening cable isn't working also.
Which means the cause is because of the cable.
I speak to apple, they say the service center's decision is final!
And have ask me to request the manager for the repair or replacement without cost.
Am i supposed to plead someone after buying a product of worth 50k?
The next solution provided was to try in other service center.
Why do you have such service centers at the first place?
I also own two macbooks which i think i did a mistake buying after seeing this kind of support.
Very unhappy and frustrated!
