I have purchased iPhone 7 plus from paytm on 2nd Nov 2018 .
With IMEI NO.- [protected] and serial no. DX3X85JWHG04.
Today on 30 April my phone suddenly stop working and shows Apple logo and on off sign . For this complaint I went to iPhone service center at Jabalpur (Napier town above hotel yellow chilli) . The lady at service center checked my phone and gave me a service call report receiving bill and mentioned that my phone is under warranty and there is some hardware problem and they will resolve it and will send my phone to Bangalore intime will provide me other phone. I have that receipt. After half an hour the lady told me that there is water droplet in my phone so they can't resolve my problem and it will not cover under policy . They charged me even they give me original receipt that I have an hardware problem and any other thing is totally fine
My phone was fine till morning there is no water contact of my phone they fakely make my phone like wet which is not actually i have the proof even, but they are not hearing it .
Please help

Where it is totally investigate my phone and after verification they written the complaint bill where it is clearly mention that
Their is phone hardware issue

Who makes me fool
1st they said u have hardware issue which is come under warranty. Then they give written slip also for that

Then after two hour they make fake report and said no sir their is water droplet issue
They are cheater actually
Please help sir
