I had bought an Ipad 2 three Years back & I went to your Service Center for updating the same as IOS 4 is working on it.
They submitted my Ipad & tell us that we will update it & the same will be chargeable. I spent my three whole days in your Service Center & have spoken to your Customer Executive so may times but there is no proper resolution. Yesterday I received a call from one of your executive MR Siman he is saying there is a hardware issue in my ipdad without any proper investigation.
They should let us know before updating the software that the same will get updated or not ?
I am using at least 10 products of Apple at my home but that bad experience I have never faced.
As I have given my iPad in a working condition in Service Center. I want my Ipad in the same condition.
Request you to pls update my software either it is an IOS 4 or IOS 9. I dont care about this. I want my Ipad in a working condition as I given to your Service Center guy in a working condition.
Now i am asked to pay indian rupees 18000/- for replacement of IPAd as it was not getting recovered from them
Believe me there was no such issues from my side.I am asked to pay without any of my fault.
I am not willing to pay any thing for the fault which is not from my side.
I dont know what apple india can make out by just looking to the pic of hand set, and Sr Advisors take the decision that this issue is not getting recovered.. For them its only a sentence and for customers it is mental physical and financial harassment.
Now i dont think any option is left rather approaching consumer court.
Request your kind intervention to get this issue resolved, this issue is changing my persecution for apple products that i had earlier.
