Apple India — Ipad air 4, touch id not working, rude service centre behaviour

Ipad touch id is not working and it is under warranty, the ipad is 3 months old.

Service centre guy just looked at it and said it will be out of warranty because there is a dent at the left corner bottom,

Its a bruce, like scratch not dent, but i was denied service.
