I ordered iPhone 11 under Diwali offer for Rs. 60, 000 (Rs 1900 paid extra for adapter seperately) on 17th October where the offer was to receive free Airpods with the phone. I added the phone and the free airpods in the basket. After checking out and making the payment, the free airpods did not come in the bill. Later on, they were not delivered either. It has been more than 2 weeks where I have been calling the customer care service and they have failed to provide a resolution to me. Every time they say that a senior advisor/manager will call you back in 2-3 business days and no calls come. I end up calling the service number again where each call costs us half an hour in waiting while they transfer calls to other departments just to get the same answers again and again and to wait furthermore and that we will get a call back in 2-3 business days!
What a sham they have been acting like! Making a fool out o[censored]s for ordering under the Diwali offer and not providing any solution to it!
Provide the airpods OR give us a refund and take the phone back if that is how you treat the customers!
