I ordered iphone 11 (128gb) with paying extra 10k for airpods pro on 17th Oct under their diwali offer. The delivery date mentioned was 19th Oct for the product. They however delivered airpods pro on 19th Oct but did not deliver the iphone on the same date. I have been following up on the customer care and i am being told to wait up for it without giving any expected delivery time. So today, i finally got frustrated and called them to cancel the order and to my shock, i was told that they will cancel the iphone but will not take back the airpods and hence, only partial refund (after deducting 14.9k) will be provided to me.
I believe they have scammed people in the name of Diwali offer. They are delivering the side product but are not delivering the iphone so the customer gets stuck with them. I am sure there might be so many other people like me. Really disappointing and unethical practice by apple.
The resolution required-
On cancellation i want the refund of full amount i paid and airpods pro to be picked by Apple.
