My iPhone 12 has 5months warranty in April-2022 and facing this issue since 5moths now it left with 1month warranty. and I contacted apple support and visited around 5 Apple Authorized Service Centers. they ran a diagnosis and they said everything fine in your mobile and returned it to me in the same condition and they blamed it as network provider issue. Then I tried both Airtel and Jio Esims, but in both the cases Network disappears suddenly and never I turn ON Flight mode and turn OFF then the network will appear. but whereas in the Physical Sim Card Case it works fine. the issue is only with the Esim Card. before that I contacted apple support and followed up nearly 30days but still no proper response. in service center they said during their diagnosis if the test will fail then only they proceed for the repair otherwise they return the mobile.
as per my knowledge based on my working experience in Motorola Company for 3 years and Graduation in Electrical Engineering, The Issue is with "IC which is Related to the ESIM". the issue persists for ESIM Card only, when I tried my physical Sim card in my iPhone 12 it works fine.
the service center personnel missed the simple logic.
this is the knowledge of the Apple Service Center Persons.
Finally Im Demanding Replacement and Refund for my mobile, Compensation for wasting my time and money..
