I want to share my experience with Apple Service Centre in India. On 3rd October 2021 i bought a new Iphone12Mini at Flipkart. On 24th February 2022 just after 4 months while using it suddenly turned off and prodcued heat so i kept iphone aside for 2hrs and even after that when it didnt turned on i go to Service Centre in Rohtak, Haryana where they said that the phone has passed external vmi and will be sent to Bangalore and will take 10 days. I agreed and they sent it. After 4 days when i called service centre they said Banglore team gave a quotation that iphone is internally damaged andit does not come under their policy. I told tem that my ipone never even fall or come into contact with any deteriorating element and requested thr senior executive to investigate the case.she said she need 5 days and i agreed then after 4 days she called me and again said that Banglore team is denying and saying that the phone is unauthorisedly tampered by 3rd party so they not gonna fix it. I was shocked that first they said internal damage and now saying tampering by 3rd party. Like its clear na why would i take my iphone to 3rd Part when it is in warranty and why they giving two different statements. Maybe their technians did some damage to my iphone and now are not ready to accept it. I am just frustrated now as i was fond of Apple until i discovered this problem and pathetic services by it. I have surfed google YouTube where i get to know about the scam by Apple India Service Centre. Undoubtedly iphone is on the top in Mobile laptops, but what’s the advantage of these phones if they cant provide good services. Till now i was fon of Apple and never use to like anything or anyone saying against Apple.But guys this is my personal experience and just want to say that its better to buy other phones with less cost and good services than buying high cost iPhones with pathetic services. Think before you buy. Thank you.
