I have purchased Apple I phone 13 pro 25th October 2022 and started using the phone on November 7th 2022.After 7, 8 months o[censored]sage the charging port got some issue and the i phone was not getting charged. I have given my phone to the authorized service centre and they have sent the phone to Bangalore Service centre. Now the service people are saying some internal damage has happened and they cannot cover the repair under warranty even though it is still under warranty and i have to pay 40k to get it repaired. I called up Apple Customer Care to escalate the issue and they are suggesting that it can be caused by wrongly plugging in the charger and how do we know whether it is wrong or right. I have not received any help from the customer care and had a complete bad experience from the Apple Customer Care. Kindly suggest me an option to get my phone repaired under warranty.
