Intermittent restarting issue from first day of purchase. It’s been 4 months, 3 case managers and 4 times device submission and the issue still remains. Apple service centre, Bengaluru refuses to replace the device inspite of issue proof provided in the form of panic full logs submitted by me as well as iCare the Apple authorised centre. Last excuse was the battery was replaced and the phone given back. It’s been 8 hrs since I’ve received the device after so called battery change and it’s switched off again. Quite frankly Apple feels they can play the fool with Indian consumers as this would never be the case in any other country.
