Apple India — Iphone -13Pro Max Physical defect

As you can see from the phot attached when I opened the new I Phone I noticed that there was a black spot on the reverse near the camera lens . It appeared like a speck of dirt but on close scrutiny it looks like Pin ### . I have written to apple using the feedback option asking for a replacement . But have not heard from them.
