I am writing to report a serious issue with my iPhone 14, which is currently under warranty. A couple of days ago, I noticed that the phone was getting excessively hot and the battery was draining very quickly. Despite my efforts to troubleshoot the issue, the problem persisted and worsened over time.
ON 27 JUN'23 morning, to my horror, I found that my iPhone had swollen up and was about to burst. I was shocked and concerned for my safety and the safety of those around me. I immediately contacted your service centre nearby my location

This is my first apple product, I am very saddened and disappointed with the quality of the new iPhone 14. It is unacceptable that a phone just 6 months old and under warranty would malfunction in such a dangerous way. I demand a full refund for the phone.
Due to safety concern i am not willing to use any apple product but apple is not refunding the amount instead forcing me to use the same repaired phone.
i have numeriuos verbal communication with them, they are not at all concerned about the safety of their customer.
